Delivery Policy

Our rates start at £2 for orders that will fit into a large letter as per Royal Mail parameters.  

For orders over 200g, and larger in size than a Royal Mail Large Letter, we charge £3.75 (or £4.75 if you would prefer your parcel to be 'Signed For') no matter how big your order is.  

From time to time we may offer Free Delivery for orders above a fixed value.  This will be automatically applied to all qualifying orders. Please refer to social media for our latest offers.  

We use the Royal Mail second class services for packages under 2kg.  Packages over 2kg are sent via a courier service.  We do not routinely post on a Saturday but we will if it's convenient.    

Our system is set up so that it will automatically offer you the relevant postage rate.  Unfortunately, it doesn't understand the sizes of items or the limitations of a 'large letter' and on very rare occasions it will be the case that the order can fit into a large letter but you are charged at a higher rate.  In these instances we will endeavor to send as a large letter and refund a portion of the shipping charge. 

Local Collection

Local collection is available at a time to suit both parties. We are not based at commercial premises and we do not have fixed opening hours.  Should you wish to use the local collection option please contact us first to arrange a suitable time to collect.  

Please note, orders placed using the Local Collection option will not be posted.  If you require posting please select the appropriate postage rate.     


Regretfully we are no longer able to offer Klarna for technical reasons.  PayPal invoicing is available to spread the cost and items are dispatched once full payment has been received.  Please enquire should you wish to use this service.  

Dispatch Times 

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours maximum, 24 hours where ever possible.  These timings are based on a working week of Monday to Friday.     

Royal Mail do a great job delivering within a few days but during busy periods a parcel might take longer than usual.  Royal Mail do not consider a parcel to be lost until 10 working days after the expected date of delivery.  If your parcel is taking a little longer than expected we ask you to kindly wait until this period has lapsed before deeming it lost.  Once this period of time has passed we will resend or refund your missing order (at our discretion).  

Please note that orders containing pre-order lines will be dispatched once all items are available.  Should you wish the in stock items to be shipped sooner please place separate orders.  


Pre-orders are dispatched once ALL items in the order become available.  If you require 'in-stock' items to be dispatched sooner please submit a separate order for these.  If no separate order is placed, all items will be dispatched together in one parcel.
